I have been trading options for over 14 years and have a 4 year plus positive record with this plan.
It is a very simple system geared at making 4-8% each month on entire account value. The overall goal is to make a 30% gain a year. (on average).
Simply what I do is sell a put or call credit spread on the SPY ETF when a indicator, that I have customized, indicate That the S&P 500 is overbought or oversold.
When this happens I will sell a credit spread using only half of account value. I look for an 8% return (which is a 4% return on the entire account). If conditions are met we will have an opportunity to open a put and call spread in the same month creating a Iron condor and the possibility of an account return of around 8%.
